The Lake fascinates me. Every moment is different. The colours, the reflections, the movement. This weeks' drawings are a follow-up from weeks 2, 7, 9, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 19, 23 and 26.

I drew my face in a small mirror, always starting from the inside corner of my left eye (the right eye as you look at it), trying to make the drawings simpler as the week progressed. Self-portraits are, I think, almost always recognisably different from portraits because of the unrelenting and naked stare.
