Aiming each day to be on the beach between high and low tide I have been drawing at the sea edge at Overstrand in Norfolk.

Standing by a groyne I have been observing the tide as it flows back into each incoming wave, the constantly shifting surface of the beach with the groyne also affecting the flow of waves as they smacked back from this obstacle.
